This two-story townhouse is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac street, in a small relaxed complex. It overlooks a nature reserve which provides privacy and escape from the hustle and bustle of the beach and town. Guests will enjoy the open plan living, large kitchen, retreat room, laundry and powder room on the ground floor and three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is a daybed available for the7th guest, linen hire fees apply. Getting to the beach is super easy from Ardem, just exit through your private courtyard and within 5 minutes you will arrive at the beautiful Clarkes Beach. When you return washing off the sand is easy with your own private outdoor shower. This property is perfect for families, small groups or couples. Bathrooms: The main bedroom has an ensuite. The main bathroom has a shower and bath with separate toilet. A powder room is located on the ground floor. Car: Secure single car garage with internal access. Extra allocated car space located within 3 metres from the front door to the property. Additional (free) street parking is also available.
