The apartment is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living room with comfortable sofas.
Each room of the apartment overlooks the veranda terrace, with amazing sea views of the Bay of Naples.
The terrace is equipped with air conditioning and comfortable sofas, and is accessible in winter too.
Each room is equipped with plasma TV, heating, internet wi-fi.
The apartment has the kitchen and guests have everything to make their own breakfast (Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, juicer, toaster, fridge etc).
On request can be served with a handmade cake, cappuccino, orange juice, biscuits, milk, cereals, butter, jam and nutella.
The house is provided with towels and sheets.
On request are available baby cribs and high chairs.
The apartment is at the disposal of the guests, is on the third floor of a building with lift and is therefore easily accessible for anyone.
The owners are happy to provide any kind of information about museums, place to visit etc ... to satisfy every need of the guests;
They are also available to arrange breakfast and dinners with local produce taken directly from the garden which can be served on the terrace.
The guests will receive a friendly welcome.
There is a parking lot in the convention where you can leave your car just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace
The apartment is located in a residential area, more precisely in the district of Chiaia-Posillipo, very close to the waterfront of Via Caracciolo, on the beaches of Posillipo and the famous Virgliano park.
Just a few minutes walk you can reach the bar of Chiaia area, where you can enjoy delicious aperitifs in the heart of the nightlife.
The neighborhood is well connected to other areas of the city within a few minutes by public transport.
The historical center of the town is at a stop of the Cumana and at two of the metro stations.
Nearby there are excellent restaurants and pizzerias and shops of all kinds.
In a few minutes walk you can reach the main public transport that connects you to the rest of the city and the seaside restaurants.
During the spring and summer season from the port of Mergellina leave the fast boat on the way of Ischia and Eolie islands.
