Son Floriana is a villa with lots of light, thanks to its large windows that you can appreciate inside. Modern furniture and small artistic touches can be found in every corner of the villa.
The villa is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a cozy room with a fireplace, a comfortable white sofa, Across this part of the building is the open-plan dining area, living room and kitchen, offering a modern LCD TV, a second fireplace and a central sofa area, and to one side is the dining area with comfortable designer chairs. Next to it, there is a very nice wooden bench and an elegant piano, which is an exciting addition to the functional areas. You might have to look twice to find the kitchen: although it's open, it's cleverly hidden behind a waist-high white wall and has all the conveniences you could want, like the dishwasher, huge fridge/freezer and glass-ceramic are faithful to the motto "form and function".
The upper floor has offset levels: while the first has two bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), the second level houses an open gallery that serves as an office with a sitting area (which, by the way, can also be used to sleep two more people), and offers a beautiful view of the fireplace room. The gym is accessible from this level, so you can keep in shape with stationary bikes, a dance bar, a weight bench, and other equipment. Bedrooms three and four are located in the basement.
These cozy and quiet rooms offer a direct exit without steps to the garden and have a shared bathroom. By the way, each of the double beds is made up of two single beds that can be separated as desired.
