Private parking allows guests to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, hiking, skiing and NAU. We can approve pets but need approval first from the Hosts. There is a $35 one- time fee per pet (max 2 pets) sorry no Cats. Please know that our accommodations are located behind a private security fence far off the main street, safe and secure for our guests.
