Cozy, spacious and elegant apartment a few steps from the Colosseum. Located on Via Cavour, 300 meters from the "Cavour" underground station, its position makes it a strategic base for visiting the main attractions of the city on foot, and for enjoying the clubs and evening entertainment of the Monti district, one of the most trendy Rome!The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as independent heating, air conditioning (limited to rooms 1 and 2), parquet flooring, wi-fi with fast fiber. In the house there are 3 bedrooms: the largest, double, has a walk-in closet and bathroom with private bath; in the second and third bedrooms there is a single bed which can be opened and transformed into a double bed. Finally in the double living room you can open one of the sofas and get another double bed. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find essential condiments (oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, coffee) and all the appliances for cooking and heating your food, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. All windows are equipped with double glazing which isolate from outside noise and keep the house at the ideal temperature. We will provide each guest with a set of sheets with a pillow and a complete set of towels. The house has a baby bed and a high chair, which will be prepared for free on your request.
