Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom condo at 7 Springs. This is one of the few condos actually ON the slopes! Its located on Village Trail - you could even throw your skis off the deck onto the slope, we're so close. This condo is not a "rental unit" although we rent it here & there when we are out of town, so it isn't beat up and has great kitchen items to cook your best meals in this home away from home. The condo has two Primary bedrooms - one on the first floor with an on-suite bathroom and two twin beds, with its own balcony overlooking the slopes. The other is upstairs with an on-suite and Queen bed overlooking the mountains and slopes as well. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids - with two twin bunks (that sleep 4), also with it's own on-suite bathroom. With a locked ski closet outsdie, you'll enjoy your time with friends and family while your gear is safe. Feel free to reach out if you need more room for your party, as we have a townhouse in Sunridge as well, just a few buildings away from this unit, that includes a hot tub. In the Summer, enjoy this until's free shuttle to the lodge and around the mountain, as well as the community pool and hot tub, as well as tennis & pickleball courts and basketball court.
