Up to 14 individuals may stay in a 3-cottage combination with a total of 6 Queen beds, 2 Double beds, and 4.5 bathrooms on the 2-acre property. There are also 3 inside fireplaces, 2 outdoor firepits, 2 hot tubs, and 3 BBQ grill stations.
The property is located on a lake that covers 40 square kilometers. Redstone Lake is lovely, serene, and excellent for boating and fishing, with little to no boat traffic at any one moment.
3 cottage combine can sleep up to 14 adults and a crib is available upon request.
The listing includes 3 separate cottages totaling over 4000 square feet of living space. The log house has a ground plus two levels, with the games area, laundry, and washroom on the ground level. The first floor has a living area with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining table, a bedroom and a washroom. The second floor has one bedroom with a jacuzzi and a complete washroom. A separate cottage is next to this one, and it has two queen beds, a small fridge and a washroom. 3rd cottage has 3 bedroom with queen bed, indoor fireplace, mudroom, full fledge kitchen and a washroom.
Dishes and cutlery are provided, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, ninja blender, stove, microwave and other appliances. Water is safe to drink, and we provide free bottle water. We have a Games Arcade, Tennis Table, Dart, Ping pong table, Smart TV, a PS4 with ten games that is linked to our smart TV, and Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. Pets are welcome at the cottage, but they must be kept on a leash when outside due to our neighbor's and other guests' pets. There are two inside fireplaces and an 2 outside fire pit on the property, as well as complimentary firewood during your stay. There are 2 fire pit and 2 hot tub are surrounded by ten Muskoka chairs. During your stay, you will receive a BBQ Station as well as two full propane tanks.
We have two docks on the water. In the direction of Upper Dock, there is a designated area where 11 single person kayaks and 1 double person kayak, 4 person paddle boat are for your use during your stay. In addition, your rental includes 14 life jackets of varying sizes. Due to safety concerns, guests are also required to bring their own life jackets for children. There is a second BBQ Station with a propane tank and seating arrangement at the upper waterfront dock. Our upper waterfront dock has space for six Jet-Skis and two 12-foot boats, and the Boat Launch is directly opposite our dock.
