3 Bedroom House in East Village at Copper, Copper Mountain
This is a front-row end-unit three-story townhome right at the base of the slopes in Copper Mountain's East Village. It has extremely convenient ski in and ski out access. Take your skis on and off steps from the garage and head to the Super Bee lift. On the other side of our townhome is Pitchfork, the easiest chairlift at Copper.
Unbelievable views of the ski area: Watch skiers come down Rosi’s Run, Overlode, and Ore Deal through the oversized living room and master bedroom windows.
Comfortable Sleeping for your whole family or group:
Bedroom One: Panoramic Views of the Ski Runs, King Bed, Jetted Tub, Shower, Double Sinks (This is our favorite room in all of Copper!)
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed, Twin XL, Ensuite Bathroom with shower
Bedroom Three: Full Bed, Twin Bed, Ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
Beds and Bedding are regularly replaced. All flooring in the entire townhome has been recently replaced.
Dining: There are lots of dining options right in Copper and in the rest of Summit County. But our favorite is to have groceries delivered directly to the door by Instacart and cook in the Full Kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked, including both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig.
Entertainment: There is a large high-end smart TV in the Living Room. All Bedrooms have their own smart TVs. Or simply sit by the fire and enjoying looking out at the mountain and watching the skiers. There are board games and puzzles in newer condition. Ask in advance and we can likely ensure your favorite game or puzzle is available. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the living room. All couches and chairs have been recently replaced.
In-home laundry with Washer and Dryer.
Garage: There is room for one car in the private attached heated garage and one in the driveway. Large SUVs will fit in the driveway. The driveway has easy access in and out. There is a nice bench in the garage for comfortably taking on and off your boots.
Located in the very popular Elk Run within the East Village of Copper Mountain. There is plenty of room right behind the home to sled, make snowmen, snowshoe, cross country ski or just play in the snow. Copper runs a world class tubing hill just on the other side of the Super Bee lift.
Athletes/Coaches: The best location for access to Copper's speed and tech venues. Excellent views of both venues. Often there are coaches watching from right outside the window. Ask in advance and there is a good chance we can set you up with Swix tuning tables, Swix Vices, and tarps (for staying tidy) for tuning in the garage.
Golf: Excellent views of the 1st and 9th holes at the Copper Creek golf course. The clubhouse is an easy minute walk away. The Copper golf course has the highest tee anywhere in North America. The golf typically runs from mid June to late September.
Weddings: The primary wedding venue is nearby (one minute walk). Do let us know if you are a bride or groom - or celebrating something else during your stay.
Discounts: Year round there is a discount for staying 7 or more nights and a larger discount for staying 28 or more nights. These discounts are reflected in Vrbo as a lower nightly price when selecting these longer durations. Also, booking 30 or more consecutive nights removes the short-term rental taxes.
