This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on 25 Acres, with a spacious master bedroom, large elegant dining room, living room, den, and spacious sunroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. With many familiar amenities including flat-screen TVs, Gas Grill, free WiFi, etc. 2 car enclosed garage for easy access and parking for large vehicles and up to 3 large boats. Private dock with boat ramp for large boats, drive right to your boat or take a walk on the private 1/2 mile walking track.
This home is located on beautiful Chickamauga Lake with private dock and boat ramp. Perfect for business executives to enjoy work and pleasure, or simply for a week long family vacation. Easy access to Downtown Chattanooga, excellent fishing, several parks within 5 miles including Chester Frost Park, Bilo Super Market, Publix, McDonalds, Arby's, Subway, 2 Banks, and 4 local restaurants all located less then 1 mile from home.
Due to winter pull down lake is too shallow at the dock for a boat to launch/dock in the following months: October - April.
