3-room apartment 45 m² on 2nd floor. Bright, with sloping ceilings, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Large balcony 7 m². Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. WIFI in public areas for free. In the appartement the rate is 3 Euro per day.
