As you move to the rear of the H.W. Bush House you will pass through a beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom kitchen cabinets and granite top eating bar. High-end stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and beautiful tile backsplash complete the atmosphere. The flowing design continues as the kitchen opens into the adjacent media room with 60 inch television and surround sound, perfect for gameday viewing or a quiet movie night. Double french doors lead to the outdoor living area with its beautiful stone fireplace and 65 inch outdoor television mounted above the mantle. Once you are ready, take an invigorating dip in the large pool nestled among the mature oak trees of your secluded garden oasis. How to top the perfect evening off? With a soak in the hot tub, ice-cold beverage in hand, and your favorite tunes on the stereo as you enjoy the conclusion of another day in your slice of paradise!
Sleeping accommodations at the H.W. Bush House are equally well thought out and designed with our guests comfort and convenience in mind. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms the home can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 guests overnight. Four of the five bedrooms are suites with attached private baths, the fifth bedroom features two sets of bunkbeds that will accommodate younger guests. The bath for the bunkroom is across the hall and is also the bath that serves the common areas of the home. All bedrooms feature wall mounted 42 inch televisions and individual climate controls, so set the thermostat to whatever is comfortable to you personally in your individual suite. The Bush House also features luxurious high-thread count all cotton bedding. At the front of the house a bedroom suite with enhanced accessibility has been ideally located for guests who might need a little more space for a chair or walker in either the bedroom or bathroom. The rear most suite, which is almost everyone's favorite, features a set of french doors that open onto the outdoor living area and pool - what's not to love about morning coffee waiting for you poolside just outside your door?
