Positive: Perfect stay in Vienna + Most lovely and welcoming host (Tay) + Spacious rooms with full amenities + All details attended to + Convenient (centrally located, landmarks, stations, supermarket, cafe and restaurants all within walking distance)

Negative: We loved everything but here are a few notes for fellow travellers - No elevator in this beautiful historic building. No problems for us (good exercise!) but may prove challenging for more mobility impaired or NYHA III - Flooring not the most sound proof (again trivial)
