A Frame of Mind is a traditional A-frame cabin with a beamed vaulted living room, providing the cozy cabin atmosphere you've been dreaming of. The open floor plan on the main level includes a living room with TV, a small but well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a full bed and a full bath. For additional sleeping accommodations, take the spiral staircase to the loft, where you'll find two twin beds.
When you come to the High Country, though, it's all about the great outdoors. A Frame of Mind has a park-like setting, with the lovely New River just steps from the front door. This peaceful and slow-moving river is scenic and safe for all ages. Enjoy the river from the deck, fire pit area – or go on and walk right in! Take a swim, or try some fishing, canoeing, tubing or kayaking. Local outfitters will set you up with everything you need.
When you're ready for al fresco dining, choose from options on the deck or the picnic table. When you're ready to check out the local restaurants, you'll find several options in both West Jefferson and Boone.
