Over 2500sq feet of living space and 1200sq feet of outdoor living space will accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Close to Little Milligan Boat Launch. No garage access. Our main level features 3 bedrooms, 2.1 bathrooms, open kitchen, living, and dining area.
Beds and Baths on this level are a King Bedroom with an ensuite bath with tub and shower combo, a Queen Bedroom, a hallway bathroom with tub and shower combo, a Kid's Bunk Room (2 bunk beds). You'll also find a half bath and a full-sized laundry area on the main level.
The lower level includes a large game room, King Bedroom with an additional trundle bed, a dedicated workspace, an indoor Hot Tub, a second refrigerator, and an additional full bath with a shower.
Outside, you will enjoy a 2 level deck space with lovely views of a private cove of Watauga Lake.
CELL SERVICE IS LIMITED. Guests must access wifi in order to text/complete cell calls. No land line. Make sure to put the property address and directions in your phone while you still have cell service. We will give you detailed directions after you turn off of 321 to locate the property.
