The home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood but very conveniently situated close to Rupp Arena and Downtown. It’s a walking distance to the UK campus/Chandler Hospital, Kroger Field, Saint Joseph Hospital, Golf Course, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.
Lexington is home to the University of Kentucky and the heart of the thoroughbred industry, with pretty Victorian neighborhoods, garden-clad historic properties and small distilleries which speckle the compact downtown.
The best way to get around the city is to drive but other public options such as bus lines or Ubers are available as well.
There is NO TOLERANCE FOR PARTIES. Any reservation deemed to violate this rule will be cancelled immediately, all guests must leave immediately and are subject to a $250 charge for EVERY guest present. (ask host for an exception)
