Your summer adventures in the Tetons start here! Our Aspens condo is ideally located only 5 miles from Grand Teton National Park & the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Locally, the Aspens Market, Westside Wine & Spirits, Persephone Cafe, Sudachi Sushi, boutique shops, and the Start Bus stop are only a few minutes walk away. The property manager lives in the building next door - she is always there to help guests.
The condo is 3 levels and has an airy, contemporary feel. The main living space on the 2nd level has double high windows with a deck off of the living room that overlooks open space and the Tetons. During summer months, as shown in the photos, when the aspens are in full bloom, the mountains are not as visible as they are in the winter. No fires allowed in the fireplace.
The loft on the 3rd level is an office/TV room with a desk that faces the windows and the views.
The ground floor has two bedrooms – each with a queen bed - with one full bathroom between them. The W/D is located in the closet in the front bedroom. There is another small closet adjacent to the W/D closet for hanging clothes. Linens and towels are provided by a service.
Parking is assigned – 2 spaces right outside the front door.
Please note, occasionally, decor accent updates are made - different rugs, throw blankets etc. - but the style and feel of the condo will remain the same.
Other info of importance to note:
1. There are many stairs in the condo so it is not suitable for children under five years of age.
2. There are units on both sides that share walls, and there are families with young children that live and play in the large, shared parking area and they can be heard at times. The deck is on the opposite side of the unit from the parking area, so it is more protected from any parking lot noise.
3. The Aspens subdivision has 500+ residential units, both condos and single family homes. During the summer months there are home construction projects that can, at times, be noisy. Allowed work hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 6PM. We will do our best to alert guests of any such projects. Currently there are none that we are aware of.
4. Bats live in the Aspens during the summer months. While they are not easy to identify because they are small and fast, please keep the screen door on the deck closed to prevent them from entering the condo.
5. Please respect the animals/wildlife that live in the area - primarily moose and a few foxes. Do not get too close to the moose when observing them as they have been known to charge, especially if they have young ones with them.
Occasionally bears, both black and grizzly, are also seen in the area, but they are more uncommon. Do not approach them.
