Summary: Unit was not very clean. Construction/ repair on units across from ours was very loud. Cutting down trees with chainsaws, hammering off siding etc. Was unable to close windows due to warm condition and the fact that air conditioner did not work. Was not a peaceful experience. Staff simply said sorry.
