Summary: It’s not really a hotel. The building is old and a lot of things could use a brush up. There was a weird incense smell when we came - maybe to cover something else - and it was warm and humid in the room. The AC didn’t work very well and had streaks of water running down from it which didn’t help the vibe and we spent a bad, hot night with very little sleep there. Towels and sheets were clean but obviously used for a longer period of time. It wasn’t exactly dirty but not as clean as you’d expect. Like if a bachelor was in charge of the cleaning, and didn’t really care. If it’s cool and you’re not too concerned with having the crispiest clean room, it’s maybe fine, and it’s pretty easy to get to the center of the city. But not worth the money in our case.
