Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The quirky layout of the house was interesting but also annoying sometimes. My room was small but well organized, equipped with AC, perfect for the crazy Italian summer. Bathroom was a reasonable size and equipped with everything. The kitchen was nicely equipped including coffee maker with capsules. The fridge was full all the time. All in all, the house was nicely renovated with quality materials, like really nice and modern. The house is near the town center. Neighbors were friendly. There is a beach nearby, about 10 min by car, (0,50€/h parking) multiple LIDOs (paid ~15€/day) and free beaches.

Negative: In my room there is a socket next to the bed, but nothing to place my phone onto, very weird if you want to charge your phone while sleeping. In the kitchen there is no microwave but I didn't need one. Wi-fi signal was weak in my room and there is no dedicated workspace, but it was fine, I didn't need it, just went downstairs to use the laptop. Parking on-street is available, if you find a spot. Language barrier, for someone doing tourism english at a basic level should be mandatory, but nothing a little google translate didn't solve.

Summary: Perfect place for a summer vacation.
