The condo itself is not a long walk from the beach. This rental unit is on the 3rd floor of the condo community, elevator accessible, but with seven steps down the entryway into the living room. Sit on the couch and watch TV or pop in a DVD or VCR tape and enjoy a movie. And additional television and stereo are available in the master bedroom. Enjoy the view of Avalon Harbor and town while relaxing on the deck. Password-protected wifi is available. This is a non-smoking property.
