This beautiful house is only one block from Sand Hill Cove Beach (also known as "Roger Wheeler's State Beach). It includes 4 spacious bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms, spacious living area, large kitchen, cable availability, washer and dryer in lower level. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and also includes a large wrap around deck with a gas grill. Enjoy the outside on the deck with plenty of seating including an outdoor wicker set, round patio table and chairs, five lounge chairs, and a bench to enjoy. The house includes an enclosed outside shower for after the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks and bike rides, along with wonderful restaurants nearby. Block Island is also a ferry ride away and scenic Newport is close by.
