Relax in the well-appointed living room or the comfortable family room with its 55-inch flat screen cable TV and surround sound. Both rooms have gas fireplaces to take the chill off, just in case.
The second story features a master bedroom suite that includes a separate bathroom (newly renovated in 2022) and private sitting room off the bedroom. Two ample bedrooms and an updated full bath are also found on the second floor. The third story is accessed by a circular staircase, leading to a spacious fourth bedroom that spans the whole width of the house, separately heated and cooled, and that includes a cozy, pillow-filled reading or sleeping nook under the eaves that the kids will love. The backyard is like a manor garden, which you can enjoy on the deck with its ample patio furniture, sectional sofa, natural gas fire-pit, retractable awning and umbrella, and a Weber BBQ grill.
