This conveniently located single story/corner unit condominium was newly built in 2015 and available for rent by owner. It is in walking distance to Target, Safeway and over 10 restaurants as well as 2 gyms and indoor swimming pool. The unit is furnished and has central AC. The living room and dining room is in an open floor plan next to the kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, drinkware, stainless steel Bosch dishwasher, microwave, black glass stove top, Keurig coffee maker and blender.
This is a wonderful neighborhood with lots of families walking around.
This unit is close to public transit, parks and and trails. There is a newly built water front park 1-2 blocks right behind the unit. The "finished" garage space is a huge perk. This is a flex 3rd room. It comes equipped with new storage shelving and full size refrigerator (2 fridges total). It can be converted to a playroom, home office or workout space etc. The garage opens up to the cul-de-sac and not the main street which makes it safer for all.
Nearest cross street is 5th and Mosley. Right across from Target. There are 20 some restaurants in the plaza across the street and Safeway supermarket.
Street parking available right across the street from the unit and also there's 2 parking spots right in the culdu-sac in front of the garage. there is no assigned parking.
Private tandem garage parking is available once you enter the condo and get the garage opener on the kitchen table by the plant.
We have a security camera on the exterior doorbell. This will be on at all times. We also have a decibel monitoring service that monitors a sustained loud noises, and reports it to the authorities. This neighborhood does have an HOA, if there’s any loud disturbances, neighbors may call as well. There are no devices to record inside video or audio.
This is a NO SHOES household. We want to maintain a clean site and this helps tremendously. Thank you respecting this policy. Indoor slippers are provided
