Summary: This hotel is convenient to where we wanted to be, it was clean and the evening staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish we had known it is very close to the interstate and the side that faces the building was considerably noisy. We also encountered issues with the elevator not working properly from the third floor and the automatic door that opened and closed to the lobby was inoperable and had a sign, handwritten and taped to it that said to “please Push door closed.” There only seemed to be two luggage carts and when it was time for checkout, there was none to be found so I had to make multiple trips from the third floor in order to get our luggage and other items to the car. The price was right and I suppose we did get what we paid for but the experience could’ve been better if the building was better maintained.
