Completely & professionally re-designed, and just one block from one of the only privately-accessed beaches on the Central Coast, our home is ready to take your Santa Barbara vacation to the next level. Spend your days lounging on the beach, or hit the trails of More Mesa - the incredible open space just a couple minutes' walk away. Ideally situated on the coast between downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB, this home is perfect for any number of occasions.
Our home has been professionally remodeled by our team of interior designers and contractors. We designed it to be the ultimate family oasis, with tons of amenities considered. There is a huge amount of living space, with a large living room for the whole family to hang in, plus a lounge for pre/post dinner drinks or family games. Our bedrooms all feature Casper mattresses & Parachute linens, and our bathrooms are fully stocked with personal care products from Public Goods. Outside, we have a one-of-a-kind jungle shower for rinsing the sand off, and we have a magical outdoor dining area with seating for 14. The house also comes with our fleet of Public Bikes so the whole family can hit the bike path, which is conveniently only about a mile away.
