Welcome to The Scarlet Townhouse. When staying in Columbus Ohio, choose to stay in one of the highest quality properties near downtown. This historic building has had an amazing renovation that provides quality finishes, high design, and historic touches. Your group will love the 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. 4 total bedrooms, and 5 total queen beds. Each bed has premium Helix brand mattresses, and high-quality bedding. The open concept kitchen/dinning/living room is a great place to catch up with your group and share a meal together.
The Space:
The main level is a large open concept great room that includes a living room, dinning area, and a beautiful kitchen. Enjoy stainless steal appliances, and granite counter tops. Fully stocked for your cooking desires! There is also a full bathroom on the main level, as well as washer and dryer.
On the 2nd level we have 3 large bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a bed that will leave you wishing you had one of these at your house. Each mattress is a Helix brand mattress, and high thread-count linens. Each of these 3 bedrooms also has a mounted smart TV.
The 3rd floor packs a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower as well.
Guest Access:
This is a rental of the full, exclusive access to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse that is 1/2 of a duplex property. Parking for up to 2 cars is available in the rear of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Our location is on a quiet street on the East side of Columbus, and a 10 min drive to OSU , 5 min to Downtown Columbus, and some of the best Columbus has to offer! Parking spot for 1 - 2 is available off street and on the street as well.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
