Summary: We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, but Rena and Max are, without doubt, the most attentive hosts we have ever met. No matter what the issue was, they promptly addressed it and found a solution (and there were not many issues all). From helping my husband set up our fire stick to buying new containers for our food, they were always available and extremely helpful. Since we were in the apartment for 6 weeks, their responsiveness was critically important to us. We loved the location - across the street from Central Park,a half block from the subway, and very close to several streets with shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment had very high ceilings, which made it seem larger than it actually is, and very quiet. There was lots of storage space for clothes and toiletries, and plenty of hot water for the shower. The appliances were fine - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, shove/oven, and plenty of room to relax. There was a tiny balcony outside of the bedroom, which would be nice to use during the summer. We really have no complaints at all. If you are looking for a shiny new apartment, this is probably not your best choice, but we loved the ceiling moldings, the oriental rugs, and interesting art work and the brick wall in the living room. The wifi was ok - sometimes slow, but eventually everything worked. We would certainly come back, especially because of how wonderful Rena and Max were.
