We would love to welcome you to this serene treehouse overlooking a gorgeous paperbark forest. Just 4 km to Byron Bay and 1.5 km to the beach, this is your home to relax away from home. You will enjoy soaring vaulted ceilings drenched in sunlight as you relax inside or on the deck. Full privacy with no shared spaces other than the lawn and the laundry downstairs. There is a studio under the house with a separate entrance.
The space
You will LOVE our stunning Tree House. It's set just meters back from the paperbark forest adjacent to Byron's Golf Course, with town centre just a 6 minute drive. Our home has soaring vaulted ceilings, lots of light and a sun drenched deck. It's very relaxing! This is not a share house but the property is shared. There is a studio under the house and a cabin on the boundary but it would be unusual to run into the 2 others who live here. It's the perfect place for a getaway.
The space is open plan with the house itself made out of stunning hard wood. There are floor boards throughout and glass doors from the lounge and master bedroom leading onto our generous deck. The deck features a lovely out door lounge and table plus a hanging egg chair that is so comfortable and perfect to relax and read in or just enjoy a coffee whilst viewing the rainforest outlook. You will lose hours enjoying the breeze and watching the bird life, the stars at night and if you stay on a full moon you will see it rise. Why not fill the jacuzzi downstairs with hot water and relax or jump in the brand new infrared sauna on the private deck. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to create sumptuous delights and it’s is open plan with the lounge and dining area with air conditioning. The master bedroom is gorgeous with the most comfortable bed! It has a ceiling fan and air con. The second room is equally as nice with a deck to the side to soak up some afternoon vitamin D. Glass double doors and large windows offer plenty of natural light. There is a fan in this room. The back yard and laundry is shared with 2 others who live on the property but your privacy is paramount. You will not be disturbed.
Guest access
The whole top of the house (2 bedrooms, deck, bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining). You will have access to a private large deck over looking the forest. The laundry is downstairs and shared but please feel free to use it during daylight hours. The beach is a 3 minute drive (Tallows) along with shops (supermarket, chemist, bakery and dining). Suffolk Park Hotel and several eateries are also a short drive or easy walk offering evening specials.
Other things to note
There is a self contained studio (under the house) that is occupied full time. Having someone there means you will always have help near by should you need anything. There is another studio separate to the house as it has its own entrance and its own out door space ensuring the Tree House is a very private, safe, quiet sanctuary. If you are a golf lover, please enquire about the shortcut to the club.
