Carolina Sunrise features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has been updated and the shared bathroom has been fully remodeled. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed with a foam mattress and a sliding glass door to listen to the waves as you drift off to sleep. If you need to work while at Carolina Sunrise, you can enjoy fast and reliable fiber optic internet. The other bedrooms include queen beds, also with comfortable foam mattresses.
The open living room has plenty of seating and the two sliding glass doors allow unparalleled views of the beach and St. Helena Sound. There is a flat-screen television with internet TV, including YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, HBOMAX, and other apps, or for more hands-on pursuits there are many books and games. Enjoy preparing meals in the updated and fully equipped kitchen. Serve your gourmet entrees at the six-person table, with additional seating at the counter. Or head outdoors to cook on the charcoal grill and dine in the screened gazebo with a six-person table. Be sure to play a few rounds of cornhole or horseshoes while you cook at the grill.
You'll also find additional seating and a hammock on the back deck. An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience as well.
As the name suggests, this home is perfect for sunrises and a fantastic place to fish and kayak. Wildlife abounds here. Watch for dolphins, turtles, and many varieties of birds. Spend your days at Hunting Island State Park with one of the best beaches in the area with one car pass included. This home is a 10-minute drive to local shrimpers and farms and several local restaurants. It is 20 minutes to large grocery stores and the historic town of Beaufort is a 30-minute drive.
We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as dogs are accommodated for an additional fee of $300 plus tax, two dogs max. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house is permitted. Please be advised that this home can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
*Part of the charm of this home is that it is located on a sandy road, thus eliminating traffic and road noise, but on rainy days the roads may not drain like a paved road.
