Positive: We were a group of six family members and stayed twice at this place. The location is excellent — just about 7-10 minutes by bus from Ciampino Airport and only 400 meters from the train station to Roma Termini. There’s a large supermarket nearby and plenty of small local shops. The apartment was very clean, with new furniture and all the necessary supplies — everything you might need for a comfortable stay. After our first visit, we shared a few small suggestions, and the host kindly implemented them before our second stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for small groups looking for a convenient and comfortable place near Ciampino Airport and with easy access to Rome.

Negative: One of the toilets was quite unique — very modern and fully electric! I had to explain to my parents that it’s supposed to be that way. They were a bit scared at first, thinking something was wrong with it. But it's definitely not something I didn't like. I just decided to mention it here. Everything was fine!
