Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location for exploring the city — easy to reach from the train station. The breakfast was wonderful, as everyone says. Very nice remodeling of an older building. Excellent value.

Negative: The property was fine, but sometimes communication with staff was lacking. We requested a particular room, but it wasn’t the one we had when we arrived. And there was no response to WhatsApp messages about some broken items. Not big problems, but it wasn’t as good as our other stays in Italy.

Summary: Great location, great value
