Charming ex convent of the \'400 with swimming pool area for the exclusive use of guests and a glimpse of the sea, only 13km from the sandy expanses of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. The house, which has been transformed into a semi-detached house, has an independent entrance and consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a small living room with sofa bed and bathroom, on the first floor there is a large kitchen, a living room with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The furnishings have been taken care of by combining elements of the \'700 with ceramics created by the property. The house is surrounded by a large private garden (partly terraced) and a park with olive trees, swimming pool and outdoor space for dining. There is also an outdoor kitchen for the exclusive use of guests. The area is ideal for visiting not only the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio the city of the carnival or the upscale Forte dei marmi (21km), but also to visit Carrara with its precious marble (50km) and the city of sculptors and statues Pietrasanta (16km).
