Positive: The location was great. We came by train and were able to easily get to the beach and the shoreline, and then back to the train. There is also a grocery store just a few blocks away. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. They met us at the location and showed us around. There are three large bedrooms and a very comfortable pull out bed in the living room. There were four of us and we each had our own space. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, glasses, and pans to make meals. And everything was decorated with welcoming bright colors.

Negative: One thing that was hard is that there was construction happening in the building and across the street from the building. Obviously there was no way the hosts could control this, but if you are visiting in the summer of 2025 you might ask them the status, especially if you have young children that might want to nap during the day. The noise is only during the day.

Summary: Great hosts and great place to stay close to the beach.
