All the joys of RV camping without any of the hassle. This is a fully stocked RV located on over half an acre. Enjoy spending your evenings next to the fire pit while taking in beautiful mountain and picturesque farmland views. Or relax while sipping your morning cup of coffee on the outdoor swing. Peaceful yet convenient central location. Central to historic Greeneville, Jonesborough, and Johnson City. We are pet friendly and with the option of an outdoor kennel for guest use.
The space
We strive to offer a safe, clean, peaceful RV stay at a reasonable cost. This is a smaller space, but it was renovated to contain all the homey touches a guest may need. The bedroom contains a queen size bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress and pad. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessities. There are two smart TVs for guest use ; one in the bedroom and one in the living room area. The second bed is a full-size pullout couch with a mattress pad provided for extra comfort. We do provide a small grab and go breakfast bar for guest convenience.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the entire RV and to half an acre of outdoor space. The RV is located on a level gravel pad with an outdoor seating area, outdoor swing, fire pit, and outdoor dining space.
