A stylish house exclusively for you and your group or family, in a great location in the district of Schüttdorf – a suburb of Zell am See. In a few minutes you will be at a delightful bakery with a café (comes highly recommended), the beautiful turquoise-blue Lake Zell, the Areitbahn (skiing slopes and the Schmittenhöhe hiking area), as well as our unique golf courses (with 36 holes). However, the icing on the cake must surely be the impressive and imposing view of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the Hohe Tauern and the Pinzgau Grasberge mountains.
With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this extremely spacious and luxuriously furnished chalet boasts enough space to accommodate up to 14 people. Space for all is ensured by the optimal layout of the chalet, the spacious living room with an open-plan, ultra-modern kitchen and at the heart of the chalet, the large dining table and an impressive water vapour fireplace. The large dining table with corner bench by the stove offers enough space for all your guests. In addition, enjoy the splendid patio in the private garden.

Just a few minutes away, the AreitXpress will take you up to the Schmittenhöhe, a skiing and hiking area with a unique alpine view and wonderful miles of pistes suitable for both beginners and full-blooded professionals alike. The little dragon “Schmidolin” is waiting to meet your little adventurers in the children’s paradise on Schmittenhöhe. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area is also within easy reach – here you can indulge yourself in the pleasures of skiing almost all year round! The viewing platform “Top of Salzburg” (3,029 m above sea level) with a photo point is particularly recommended and is accessible all year round by cable car.
Fancy some relaxation in the spa? Spa lovers will be delighted with the Tauern Spa in Kaprun, only five kilometres from the Steinbock Hohe Tauern Chalet.
