Summary: Property was exactly as described in profile. Host was responsive and helpful with the single request that we had. They even offered to set the thermostat to our preferred temp pre-arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with all staples for "on the go" needs. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, resealable bags, plastic cutlery, etc were available. I did not notice that the property did not have a washer and dryer until after booking. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it was inconvenient when traveling for a ball tournament. Beds and shower were incredible for a rental. The only drawback, in my opinion, was the neighborhood. Situated on a busy street, the area was congested. The street was sometimes difficult to navigate with street parking and lots of activity. We were never blocked in as other reviewers have commented but the level of activity in the densely populated circle drive had us more vigilant and aware of our surroundings than in previous rentals.
