The Space:
Escape the hustle and bustle with 1.4 acres of seclusion. You can come here to work remotely or get outside to explore the Poconos. We have updated kitchen, carpets, appliances, and electronics. 2 Block walk to one of 5 lakes in this gated community, you can see the lake from the end of the driveway. The house features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious den with fireplace, and a bonus room. New LG smart 60' TV in the den, and 43' LG Smart TV’s in the master bedroom and in the bonus room.
High-speed internet is included. There is strong wifi throughout the house so working remotely is a snap. You may also log into your streaming services on one of the 3 brand-new TV's (subscription streaming services not included). There is a Nest mini on the hightop table in the den that can be used as a wifi speaker, or you can give it verbal instructions by saying, "Hey Google.."
Must be 25+ to rent
We need to submit a rental form to the association, 5 days prior to your stay, including your home address and the names of the guests in your party (not everyone's address, just one address, and everyone's name). Additional names can be added with 3 days' notice prior to arrival. We recommend putting in all names including those who may be staying, there is no downside to putting in extra names just in case. If you have guests that are not on the list, the gatehouse will prohibit them from driving in.
