Summary: Arrived at the hotel and there were many people milling about outside. I was travelling with two children and it just felt unsafe. The property did offer water, tea and coffee in the lobby and the breakfast area looked very nice. Our room was on the main floor and had large locks on the patio doors. The room itself was clean but the property seemed in need of a refresh. The bathroom door stuck and there was a puddle of what I’m hoping was water when we arrived. I booked the hotel because of its close proximity to the airport and we had an early flight and needed to be there at 5am. When I attempted to check out there was no one available at the front desk nor instructions on what to do.
