4 guests are included. Each additional overnight guest is $25 per person/night and will be added after your initial booking.
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Smoking WILL result in a $250 cleaning fee and may also include a $250 building fine.*

* Any pets in our unit will result in a $100 fee (plus the cost of any damage) and a $200 building fine*
PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTS:
-Photo and video shoots are strictly prohibited without prior consent of the owner and an additional usage fee of $250 per booking. Fee will be collected after booking and prior to guest arrival. Failure to obtain consent and submit the required fee will result in a $500 fine.
*Even if permission is given for a photo/video shoot inside our unit, photo/video shoots on property grounds (pool, clubhouse, gym, etc.) are prohibited without an agreement between the owner and property management. Please submit any inquiries.*
*Personal cell phone photos/videos are allowed for use on personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) and travel blogs/articles.*

THEFT/DAMAGE
All of our units are inventoried upon guest check-out. Any items missing will be billed at cost, plus a $50 service fee.
Any damage to the unit itself or anything in the unit will be assessed on a case by case basis.
