Nestled in the heart of Mountain Rest, this 3-bedroom vacation home offers a serene and rejuvenating escape. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a crackling fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Our family vacation home sits on property that has been in our family for over 65 years. We put a new home on the property in 2006 and it is up to date with beautiful bamboo plank flooring and a combination of farm house and vintage furnishings. A huge back deck over looks Lake Becky at one of the best view points on the lake. This is our home away from home so it is tastefully accented with cherished momentos of our grandparents and parents and there are family photos. We hope you will feel a part of our family. Note about accessibility of home and lake. There are 3 steps to enter the front of the house. From the deck there are 3 different staircases that lead to the back yard with at least 10 stair steps down. Then there is one additional stair case of 10 or more steps down to the lake. All staircases have hand rails, but if you are handicapped this is not recommended that you use the stairs.

In November of each year the lake is lowered for dock repairs. Since we are on the deep end of the lake we still have good lake views.
The house is not set up for young non children swimming and there are no childproof locks on cabinets. There are no barricades to the lake or life guards. We do not recommend for non swimming children.
