This is a quiet family home in a residential building. I am renting one private bedroom with shared bathroom for rent is spacious and comes with a large closet. You will share common areas. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator). It has plenty of natural light all around the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and is kept very clean. The kitchen is also spacious with all amenities needed (recently purchased electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc).
Please note that you will be responsible for extra charges for gas/electric (around 120$ usually). Water and heat are included in the rent. As with the rest of the apartment (except the kitchen and bathroom), the bedroom has hardwood floors, high ceilings and offers plenty of light. The bedroom offers a full bed with a convenient closet and a lovely desk and chair.
The building has a laundromat in the basement and is less than 10min walk from express trains A,D and local B,C taking you to downtown Manhattan and only 5 minutes walk to the line 1. The price includes utilities (AC/Electricity, WIFI.). Best of all, it is conveniently located in Historic Harlem close to City College and Columbia University.
