Creek Crossing Retreat is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom home nestled in the trees next to a bubbling mountain creek. The large deck offers a place to relax in the quiet outdoors while waiting for dinner to cook on the gas grill. For the more outdoor adventurous, explore the lush landscaping along the creek that runs right through the property. As night falls, gather everyone around the outdoor fire pit. Delight in the mountain night skies and maybe a few old fashioned S’mores made over an open fire.
Inside the entire family will enjoy hours of entertainment shooting pool and playing Foosball, watching the large flat screen satellite TV in the game room, or surfing the net via the WiFi. The cooks in the family will appreciate the ample modern kitchen complete with wall size windows that look out over the lush grounds and the babbling creek. Creek Crossing Retreat offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out whether it is for a quiet moment with a cup of coffee on the side deck or a nap on the comfy leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. When the day is done everyone will sleep well in the new beds throughout the house. The bunk room provides plenty of space for the kids with 2 sets of twin bunks. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a comfy queen size bed. A full size futon is available in the game room for added sleeping space. With 3 full bathrooms and a half bath, getting ready to go out for a day of sightseeing will be a breeze.
Creek Crossing Retreat is a premium vacation rental home that offers peace and comfort, an abundance of space, beautifully landscaped grounds, a mountain creek, mountain view in winter, central heat/AC, satellite TV, WiFi, gas fireplace, game room, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, paved roads (except through the creek), and although at 3500 feet elevation has easy to moderate access.
There is so much to do around this vacation home all year-round. Creek Crossing Retreat is located mere minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway making it a perfect location for exploring the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy a day of shopping the local boutiques and craft shops or dining at the local cuisine in historic downtown Waynesville less than 15 minutes away. The museum of the Cherokee Indian is about 30 minutes away. While in Cherokee try your hand at Harrah’s Casino.
Also located within a 15 minute drive are local micro-breweries, Cataloochee Ski Area, Tony`s Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle museum, as featured on History Channels "American Pickers"), Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart, and many great restaurants.
Within 30 minutes are Asheville and the Biltmore Estates & Winery, Smoky Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, Bryson City (home of the Smoky Mountain Railway and "Polar Express" during the Christmas Holiday), Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.
Within 45 minutes is Hendersonville where you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with enormous dining Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more.
Just about an hour’s drive away you can get to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).

Located on a paved road, with a gradual incline. The approach is not steep, you must cross a small creek for access. We do experience inclement weather in this region, seasonally, all-wheel drive and/or 4-wheel drive is recommended in late fall or winter.
