Positive: House layout. Location. Staff replied quickly..

Negative: The house was not clean, floors and dishes. Dishwasher not safe, tipped forward when opened. Trash piled around outside trash cans when we arrived. Kitchen items short or not functioning, can opener and tea kettle not working. No cookie sheet. Only 4 larger bowls, glassware with lipstick and other residue. Had to wash before using. Shower pan in primary bathroom cracked and may be leaking water underneath. Shower curtains too small allowing water to leak out. Socks dirty from floors. Shoes sticking. Bottle caps and other items under the couch. You can see when the foot rests are up. Photos and texts sent to management company but nothing done about any item while we were there. I'm having trouble uploading photos but they were sent in booking.com
