UPDATE!!!! As of november 17, 2023, the renovation of the dock has BEEN COMPLETED! The neighborhood private park directly next door and sandwiched in between with SWAMPYS restaurant is right next door is available only if we, the owners are there with you, otherwise, the next best thing that you can use, is the public Blue River Run park which is two blocks away. If we are in town then we will be happy to allow you access into the neighborhood private park where we literally would need to 'babysit' while you are enjoying it.
THIS Beautiful riverfront property directly situated on the crystal clear Rainbow Springs River! Step out the door of your bedroom, onto the dock and plunge into the refreshing 72 degree year round temperature water to cool off. Then dog paddle 25 yards down and step onto the shore where you have a restaurant by the name of swampys in a casual setting..
Due to our fathers failing health we have blocked off one of the bedrooms and there is a chance that we woud be staying in that locked off room which we have made self sufficient with its own bathroom. There is a private entrance there, and we would not be interacting with you, the guests, unless you wanted us to, and we would be happy to give you tours on our pontoon boat.
