Summary: So this place is walkable from the bus station (12 minute walk), is totally adorable, has amazingly comfortable memory foam i think beds with workable pillows (last few VRBOs i stayed at had horrendous pillows). It's got hardwood floors and a nice TV. Excellent communication with owner. Will definitely stay again!
