The space - Brand new designer home! Hardwood floors throughout, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, Private 2-Car Garage and plenty of street parking, easy access around the city, lots of cool restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance and a short Uber/Lyft ride wherever you want to go. Plenty of space for up to 10 people comfortably, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, cooking utensils, etc. Everything you will need... come make yourself at home!
Sleeping arrangements: Two of the three bedrooms include Queen beds with new mattresses from Ashley Furniture and each of those rooms also includes a roll away bed as well. The third bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds with 4 single (super comfy) memory foam mattresses in them. Lastly, we have an oversize couch with an ottoman that pushes in and can serve as a king size bed as well. Lots of room to nestle! :)
Guest acces - Entire home available to guests. Lockbox on front door for easy access in and out.
Other things to note - Private Two Car garage with garage door opener and private access to home from inside.
