The perfect location on the Eastside for walking to downtown and Racetracks, only 10 mins in either direction. Just one block from Saratoga's historic Congress Park, great for evening strolls and to walk to dinner and bars in town, no cars or cabs needed.
Luxuriously updated historic Gothic Revival home with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors with area rugs and central air throughout. The split layout provides plenty of privacy for each bedroom. Has ample safe and well lighted off-street parking.
Nice lawn with mature oak trees and beautiful perennial gardens all around. The front deck is equipped for barbecuing, drinks, dining and relaxing. The shared back yard and deck are surrounded by flower gardens with multiple sitting areas.
Custom built kitchen reflecting the heritage of the home with all the modern amenities including; quartz counters, dishwasher, large eat-in dining table, plenty of storage for dishes and cooking utensils, and various coffee making options. The large butler's pantry is great for serving and entertaining. The formal dining room doubles as an extra sitting/reading room with beautiful chandeliers. There is a small office nook with printer, and mesh WI-FI throughout house with high speed internet. There are smart TVs with Roku in all the bedrooms and the living room ready for your favorite streaming services.

The split bedroom layout maximizes privacy for all of our guests, and provides a bathroom for each bedroom. Each bedroom accommodates two people, and all are decorated with an eclectic mix of artwork from our travels. All 3 bathrooms are modernized with stone, glass, tile and high-end fixtures.
- The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a decorative fireplace and a jacuzzi tub.
- Cozy bedroom#2 (the Red Room) has a private bath and queen size bed done in a distinctive classic Saratoga design.
- The recently refinished Library bedroom has a queen bed and utilizes the common bathroom. There is a full wall of bookshelves and beautiful lighted art displays as well as a desk and large screen for your laptop. From here there is direct access to a beautiful shared garden and patio with a sunken hot tub, (shared and available during the shoulder seasons). The gardens are lighted at night for your quiet evening enjoyment. All bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted TVs.

This beautiful property features mature oak trees, a nice sized lawn, and mature perennial gardens surrounding the house which flower at various times throughout the season. Fencing between the neighboring yards provides good privacy for our home.

Saratoga and the surrounding area:
You will find all the required services in town including many restaurants and bars, shopping, museums, library, and coffee shops. People come from all around to enjoy a stroll down charming Broadway any time of the day or night. Or they sit and watch others do the walking from one of the many street side restaurants, pubs, or coffee shops. There is ample shopping for whatever your needs are.
Nearby Saratoga State Park has championship and executive golf courses, and the wonderful Victoria swimming pool in the park was completely restored several years ago. The accompanying restaurant and bar has new operators and is a great casual place to spend a few hours with the golfers and swimmers, and catching some rays. The Roosevelt Spa, SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center), and The Little Theatre are all convenient for evening entertainment. And nearby Saratoga Lake has plenty of boating, fishing, and swimming for everyone!
Skidmore College and Empire State College bring plenty of students and vibrancy to the town, including many special musical events and art shows at the Tang Museum open to the public.
Nearby is outlet shopping in Manchester, Vt (1 hr), and hiking in the Adirondack high peaks region (2+ hrs). Saratoga is less than an hour north of both Troy and Albany, NY, each with many cultural and entertainment events throughout the year.
For skiers we are centrally located 1-1.5 hrs drive to skiing at Gore, Stratton, Bromley, West, and Willard Mountains. 30 mins to Lake George.
