Summary: Eden Rock was the perfect oasis in Florence. Small with a very attentive staff, excellent food, and a pool worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help.
