El Polear is situated in a secluded location below Puntagorda in the northwest of the island. The 18,000-square-meter property is divided into two levels: the pool is on the upper level, and the house is below it. A private driveway leads directly to the house, where the private parking area is also located. The rest of the property is used for growing fruits and vegetables.
The entrance area of the house is beautifully landscaped. A small, purpose-built cottage—open to the sea—features a wonderful dining area for 6–8 people as well as a spacious barbecue area complete with an outdoor kitchen. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea while dining; it’s also the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
