Wineries, Beaches, Hiking and Biking, we have it all within a 10 minute drive from our home. Welcome to Kelowna , where my family of 4 enjoy living an outdoor lifestyle.
Our home is on a half acre treed property with an older style cedar home that was redone about 10 years ago to better suit our then growing family. It is a gated lot with parking for 4 inside the gate as well as boat or trailer parking out front on street.
We chose our location because we are 500m from two beach access and playgrounds. As well as a 10 minute drive to hiking, mountain biking trails and wineries (Cedar Creek, Summerhill, St Hubertus). We are happy to leave 2 cruiser bikes for your enjoyment.
Our modest home is 2500 sq ft with 3 bedrooms upstairs (Master King, 2 Queen Beds), full ensuite and 1 full bathrooms upstairs. Also, on the top floor we have our toy room with lots of fun for your young children with board games, lego and lots more.
Our main floor looks out onto our beautifully treed backyard with a patio off our modern kitchen along with Fire Pit and lots of grass area for Badminton, Bocce or a soccer game. We have a sunken living room featuring an original cedar ceiling and large stone fireplace for cozying up in the winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need (Vitamix blender, Breville milk frother, Breville Tea Machine, Kitchen Aid Mixer), we love to cook on our 6 burner 36" oven and entertain in our open concept kitchen dining area and large island. We have a large round dining table that sits 8 comfortably.
